Outlines is a project that I designed and built on my own. Just like a sewing table is a seamstress’s favorite tool, we were instructed to build a piece of furniture used as a tool for the work of an artist, a craftsman, or a maker. I chose to make a piece of furniture for a Drag-Queen.

The idea behind this project is to have a table that would make it easy for a drag-queen influencer to film some videos such as make-up tutorials for their social-media content. The height of the legs provides a stand for a mobile phone. This project gave me the opportunity to use digital tools such as a CNC machine to build the cylinders for the drawers, the stand of the mirror, and a 3D printer to make the locking system for the legs, but I built everything else by hands using powertools.
